Two boxes of human remains rediscovered later 55 years bring been industrial plant life to live on equally erstwhile equally the Cheddar Man - Britain's oldest consummate skeleton.
The bones were discovered inwards a cave inwards Cannington Park Quarry virtually Bridgwater, Somerset, inwards the 1960s.
Soon later they "disappeared", together with were late industrial plant life at Somerset Heritage Centre virtually Taunton, Cotswold Archaeology said.
Radiocarbon dating has shown them to live on to a greater extent than than 9,000 years old.
